Vandell Ventures offers unique day trips in the Fort Providence area. Boat tours, fishing excursions (including a shore lunch), wood bison tours, canoe trips along the Mackenzie River and cultural tours are some of the excursions offered. Custom packaging can be arranged, from a few hours to a full day. Community tours of Fort Providence (highlighting Aboriginal culture) are also offered, and step-on tour guides can be arranged.
