Fishing Day Trips

True North Safaris offers day trips on the North Arm of Great Slave Lake and the Yellowknife River. Fabulous northern pike fishing in the land of the midnight sun. 4 hours, $175 per person 7 hours $225 per person, minimum 2 persons. A spectacular arctic adventure.

Barrenlands Hunting

Canoeing and Kayaking

True North Safaris will help you plan your canoe trip; starting or ending at Mackay Lake Lodge or having supply drop at the lodge and a night or two rest stop for showers and laundry. We have a 3500 foot gravel runway which accommodates larger aircraft and we can move your canoes and equipment for less than you can charter.
