AIRPORT GIFT SHOP: The Discover North Airport Gift Shop is a great first introduction to Yellowknife or the perfect place to pick up a last minute gift on your way out of town! You'll find everything from local artisan crafts to souvenirs to visitor information.

Visitor Centres

Open year round. Visitor information for Yellowknife, north Great Slave Lake area and the Northwest Territories. Exhibits include our diamond information and historical interpretive displays, wildlife exhibits and local arts and crafts. Souvenirs, maps and friendly tourism counsellors available to assist you with your questions. Summer hours: 9:00am -5:00pm, Monday to Friday 10:00am-5:00pm, weekends and holidays. Winter hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday 9-5, 12:00pm-4:00pm weekends and holidays.
