Services

Canoeing and Kayaking

For the last 20 years, Canoe North Adventures has delivered exceptional wilderness experiences on the rivers of the far north. Our strength is our personal approach to taking canoeists safely down the world-class rivers of this region with a huge amount of fun. We offer canoeing expeditions for novice, intermediate & advanced paddlers on the Redstone, Natla, Keele, Snake, Bonnet Plume, Mountain, Horton, Great Bear, Coppermine, Burnside, Yukon & Pelly Rivers.

Hiking

CNA offers hiking expeditions in the Sahtu region of the Northwest Territories in the Mackenzie Mountains & on the Canol Heritage Trail. Accessible from Norman Wells, NWT, these hiking regions are some of the most pristine & beautiful in the world. The Canol Heritage Trail starts high in the Mackenzie Mountains travelling easily down to Godlin Lakes through Caribou Pass & some of the most beautiful vistas in the far north.

Guided Services

For us, guiding involves a total commitment to the satisfaction of our paddlers that includes exceptional group dynamics & camaraderie, supportive training on-river, a superb menu, fun guides, safe travel & unparalleled logistical planning. As guides, we are dedicated to ensuring that when the canoes pull into their final stop that no one wants the trip to be over and can turn to the fellow paddlers and say, these are some of the finest people who I have met in my life.

Guides, Al Pace, Lin Ward & Taylor Pace, have combined to paddle over twenty years a total of 30,000 miles on twenty-five river systems in Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.

Rentals

Canoe rental, gear outfitting, logistical planning & expediting available for the Redstone, Natla, Keele, Snake, Bonnet Plume, Mountain, Horton, Anderson & Great Bear Rivers, & the Canol Heritage Trail.
