Beck's Kennels Aurora Viewing and Dogsled Tours

World class dogsled tours! Kennel owned and operated by World Champion dog racer, Grant Beck. We offer our adventures in English, French, Japanese spoken.

Winter activities: Aurora by dog sled, traditional dogsled tours and learn to drive your own dogteam experience. We also offer overnight dogsled adventures. November 1 - mid May.

Summer and fall activities: dogsled on wheels! August 1 - October 31.

Aurora Day Trips

Experience the Aurora by Dogteam: Beck's Kennels is a world class kennel owned by four time Canadian Champion Grant Beck. WE also offer traditional dog sled rides. On this excursion, visitors will take part in a guided tour in a traditional toboggan on an eight kilometre route. Tour includes coffee and warm clothing. minimum two persons, $50 each. Experience the thrill of driving your own dog team.

Outdoor Adventure

Becks Kennels offers dogsledding, snowmobiling, cultural tours and overnight camping.

Dogsledding

Experience driving your own dogsled. We even offer dogsledding on wheels during the summer and fall.

Sightseeing Day Trips

Yellowknife's largest kennel is offering off-season dog team rides on wheels. Join world champion Grant Beck to learn how these world class athletes are trained for their upcoming racing season. Tour the north's largest sled dog kennel. Be sure to bring your camera along for photos of these enthusiastic canines. Price per person is $40, children under 10 $20.
