A Fishing Wardrobe

FishingThe weather can often be unpredictable in the Northern summer. You could have a week or two of absolutely spectacular sunny weather, or the weather might be variable, requiring a variety of layers. If you are traveling by floatplane your baggage allowance may be limited.

Pack a selection of layers suitable for hot, cold or wet weather, that function well together. Seasoned travelers pack t-shirts, shirts, a sweater or fleece jacket and a wind and rainproof jacket. A couple of pairs of jeans or canvas trousers, good sneakers or hiking boots, some socks and you're ready for anything. A hat, gloves, bug jacket and insect repellant with Deet are also recommended.
