Fly from Yellowknife to Deline via North-Wright Airways following the Camsell River route, the old river highway north to Great Bear Lake, and stay at the hotel in Deline. The hotel can arrange tours on the lake, or on the Great Bear River, as well as fishing or hunting trips. They can also provide introductions to local artists and storytellers. Continue on to Fort Good Hope, on the North-Wright “sked” to visit the beautiful church, and cruise the Ramparts on the Mackenzie River. Overnight at a friendly bed and breakfast.
